Ploen Chit Road is located in Lumpini Sub-district, Pathumwan District, Bangkok. This road starts from Ratchadamri road (Ratchaprasong intersection) and meets with Chidlom road (Chidlom intersection) and Wireless road (Ploen Chit intersection) and ends at the Chong Nonsi unused train route.  Sukhumvit road starts from the train route onwards. Data Research and Thai Real Estate Estimation Center, Agency for Real Estate Affairs Company Limited has estimated the following 3 areas with highest price at 1,000,000 baht per square wah or 400,000,000 baht per rai, namely, Siam Paragon Department Store www.siamparakon.co.th  area, Chidlom sky train station area and Ploen Chit sky train station area (British Embassy).  These 3 areas are worth no more than 1,000,000 baht and Siam Paragon Department Store area probably has slightly higher price, but not very significant.  Therefore, these 3 areas have been estimated as equal price, because another 2 plots of land are located in Bangkok’s major retail trading center.

Wireless Road is one of important roads in Bangkok.  This road starts from Rama IV road (Wireless intersection) in Lumpini Sub-district, Pathumwan District, heading to the northeastern route and meets with Sanrasin road (Sanrasin intersection) and Ploen Chit road (Ploen Chit intersection), then cross Saen Saeb Canal to reach Makkasan Sub-district and ends at Phetchaburi road (Wireless- Phetchaburi intersection).

This Sky Walk connects Chidlom station to Gaysorn Plaza, Maneeya Center, Amarin Plaza, Arawan Bangkok, Grand Hyatt Arawan, Central World and The Offices at Central World.  With all other entry-exit points are counted, Chidlom station will have up to 9 points of entry-exit (excluding Sky Walk connecting Central World and Siam Station).
